This offer of accommodation is part of a very special marketing program and is only valid for the persons & party size detailed in this booking confirmation.
The holiday preview accommodation is offered at a subsidized privilege rate and is non-refundable.
This promotion is exclusively designed for couples that are 27 + years of age, married or living together for 1 year or over, and where the male partner / husband is in a full time employment. Both Partners are required to attend the complimentary 2 hour VIP Preview that showcases the Karma Group. As the sponsors The Karma Group are subsidizing your accommodation thus saving you money off the normal rate, failure to adhere to these conditions will result in breach of the Holiday Preview conditions and subsequently you will be charged the full rate for the accommodation.
The guests will be responsible for all cost relating to food & beverage, room service, telephone, laundry, spa, visas and any other costs incurred during their stay, except if breakfast is included.
On check-in guests may be asked to present a credit card or pay a refundable deposit. Check-in is at 14:00 & check out at 12:00.
The company reserves the right to offer alternative accommodation. However all accommodation provided will be would be of a similar or a higher standard.
With all of our last minute specials booked with travel dates within 30 days from the date of booking, no change of dates with partner hotels are permitted. If you are traveling outside of 30 days from time of booking you are able to change date 1 time free of charge but must be within 30 days of your original travel dates.

Prior to arrival the Bali Getaway require you to RE – CONFIRM your accommodation. We will contact you via telephone within 30 days of your arrival. Failure to reconfirm your accommodation will result in the cancelation of your accommodation and all monies will be lost.
