In order to address the upcoming General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we’ve updated our privacy policy to reinforce our commitment to the privacy and security of user data. In addition, we’ve made the following updates :

1. We’ve appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be reached at privacy@baligetaway.com.au.
2. We offer Data Processing Agreements upon request. DPAs include standard contractual clauses (“Model Clauses”) that are the mechanism for GDPR-compliant data transfer.
